Chocolate invaders

Kicking start a new eating plan...

Normal size breakfast
Small snack/lunch in-between
Dinner before 7pm.
If there's yoga/ gym, an apple after gym..
Other then that.. Die also not gonna put anyfood in my mouth after 7pm...!

Let's see how long can this last.....
*oh with exception of next wed, I'm going Ridz calton for dinner buffet... :P *
